Estimate
We will spend time looking at the project. Working through a detailed scope of works and provide a quality estimate. We will meet to discuss the scope and budget expectations.

We will guide you through the process of working with professionals, we have a number of very qualified architects to bring your ideas to life. You may require a geo tech, engineer or surveyor. We have respectable and reliable companies that we work with on a regular basis in these fields. The aim of this step is to achieve clear working drawings and get the architectural plans submitted to council.

Final Quote
Once we have a firm scope and/or consented plans we will build a price and organise the schedule, fixtures, fittings and sub contractors. The goal of this stage is to give you are full understanding of the cost of this project. We will also provide a schedule that outlines time frames to help with personal planning.

Pre Build
We now prepare for the work to begin. This stage takes 4 weeks. We will prepare all the site folders with plans, specifications and health & safety information required. We will schedule in all the subcontractors and materials, planning delivery dates that work within the schedule.

Time to get stuck in. During the renovation or new build we will be in regular communication, ideally a weekly meeting to keep you informed and a chance to raise or discuss variations. Variations are any changes to the original scope of works.
